Cabbage Tree Island is a resilient Aboriginal Community near Wardell, Northern NSW.

The Cabbage tree Island Community are still living in various temporary housing arrangements.

After waiting several days and weeks to return onto the flood-effected island, Kris captured images of the island and families with permission.
